Todays Menu

Breakfast

2 large glasses of water
1 Low fat yoghurt
2 bananas

Lunch

2 eggs scrambled (milk, no butter)
1 slice wholemeal bread
Handful grapes

Dinner

Chicken Thigh (grilled) Sweetcorn, Peas, small handful of rice
Cadbury Light mousse

Snacks

Veggies sticks
Bread sticks

Exercise

Dogs 1.5 hours
Press ups 40 in total

How are you getting on?

Today is official weigh day for me and I have lost 8 pounds! All by eating healthily and upping the exercise!
