I eat whatever there is!

Cup of decaf tea, skim milk, 1 sugar

This morning I had 3 slices of warburtons special batch loaf with margarine, but the other morning I had 3 digestive biscuits! Sometimes I have special K with skim milk, sometimes toast. On a saturday morning we have bacon butties

I wouldn't even eat all that healthy stuff! The thought of having fruit with my cereal and milk makes me gag! I'd rather have something I like that keeps me going.

Oh, that reminds me! Haven't had my half a melon for breakfast yet (had my herb tea though). Will make up for the lack of calories later on

Bake my own bread, so breakfast is whole-wheat/granary/oatmeal bread with a slice of cheese, tea (rooibos - no caff, low tannic) with a drop of milk and a banana. Imbalances tend to even out during the day. Don't need to watch my weight, haven't keeled over yet and last health-check (June) came back with "excellent" everywhere, so not going to sweat it, really.

OK, I eat Jordon’s Luxury Muesli with fruit juice and coffee on the days I don't eat bacon and tomatoes with toast and champagne or eggs benedick (sorry don’t know how to spell but know how to make) with coffee and a Danish Pastry
