Thalidomide
Iam aware of the drug, sold in the 1950s as a cure for morning sickness,but don't know much else .....How the hell did they ever allow this drug to be used ,do you know any one who was affected by it ?
There are stories about the drug company issuing an apology in the news today which got me thinking ....

Survivors who were affected by this must feel absolutely outraged and understandably bitter by the drug company's seeming lack of compassion or responsibility.
