Mmmmm, chicken, tomato and garlic dopiaza and naan bread

It's my hubbies birthday so it's a special meal tonight , I am veggie so I'm having a baked potato with mushroom stroganoff , hubbie is having steak , baked potato , mushrooms and onions . Then we are both having homemade apple crumble with cream .We have also got a bottle of sparkling wine

I won't know until I get home from work..

as long as I phone OH before I leave the office, my dinner is on the table when I get home

(making anyone jealous??)

I'm doing Toad in the Hole, roast spuds with peas, brocolli and onion gravy followed by icecream.

I'm a lady who does lunch! Lol! Today I did roast beef with all the trimming, hmmm, ...... just because I can!!!!

I'm afraid it will be something out of the freezer or sandwiches here.I feel very jealous.

All mine is out of the freezer!! I just make big batches of stuff and freeze it in relevant portion sizes and get it out the fridge before work...

I'm not sure what I'm having for my tea tonight - hubby has been away on a course all week so it's just been me & the boys (and the cats too!).

Take away sounds a good option for me - no dishes!
