It's my hubbies birthday so it's a special meal tonight , I am veggie so I'm having a baked potato with mushroom stroganoff , hubbie is having steak , baked potato , mushrooms and onions . Then we are both having homemade apple crumble with cream .We have also got a bottle of sparkling wine

All mine is out of the freezer!! I just make big batches of stuff and freeze it in relevant portion sizes and get it out the fridge before work...

I'm not sure what I'm having for my tea tonight - hubby has been away on a course all week so it's just been me & the boys (and the cats too!).

Take away sounds a good option for me - no dishes!
