Where can you buy seaweed? I'll try her on the Wilkinson's bone. Have started her on chicken wings, but obviously too soon to tell yet, but hope she won't be getting too much protein with them, 'cos have just started her on Orijen, which is 38% protein. I researched Petzlife, but found that quite a few dogs got liver disease with prolonged use, as it contains grain alcohol, so will steer well clear of that

Yes, but no matter how effective Petzlife is I wouldn't want to try it if there's any chance of liver trouble

I have just bought Mindy some toothpaste and toothbrush from the Vet after her first injection. She is an adopted 8 month old, and she has got plaque already. We have only had her three weeks, and hopefully, tonight, bath and bedtime, she will let me clean her teeth as well. Wish me luck!!

If you google Petzlife liver, this is the 1st thing that comes up:-

http://www.chinesecrestedcrush.com/c...hive/index.php

"My guys all had elevated liver and kidney enzymes. A lot of things could be the cause and I took them in (for bloodwork)after they ate Blue Buffalo (recalled) twice. However, one of my babies liver enzymes kept climbing. So I looked into what it could be. I noticed that PetzLife tooth cleaner has grain alcohol as the SECOND ingredient. That's a lot of very concentrated alcohol. I was also giving them Rescue Remedy until I noticed it has alcohol. I now check EVERYTHING. Even a milk thistle tincture I got them had 87% alcohol. Luckily I checked it after giving it to them only twice. But, my vet said to stop the PetzLife immediately. Thought I'd pass it on"

Then there are loads of replies to it and other websites
