Bloody annoying we fish regular and always clean up after ourselves its not right to leave tackle about like that some people dont think.

I hope shes non the worse for her incident god blessxx

It was scarey,but she seems ok,it hasn't stopped her eating her supper
We've had loads of cuddles and she's just settled down for the night

Oooh ouch! Poor Meg! I hope she doesnt do that in a hurry again. Sorry it spoilt your first walk, grr to fishermen! Glad she is ok though and wasnt as serious as it could have been. Lots of cuddles to Meg.

Poor baby Meg I'm sure she's forgotten it already (and will doubtless be eating all kinds of rubbish in the future) but it must have hurt at the time.

Thanks all,
She seems fine and has eaten all her breakfast this morning
I am just so glad she didn't swallow it or get it stuck in her throat,as luck would have it,it was a unbarbed hook,so was easy enough for the vet to pull out,when we could get her mouth open
I said to hubby afterwards thank god they are insured if she had needed a G/A to remove it,it would have cost over £100.
Anyway thanks for all your good wishes
