One very good reason to not fund tabloid journalism

I think the standard way to respond to an article is through the letters page:

letters@guardian.co.uk

They often print even very short submissions, so it's a great way to add weight to the arguments put forward in the article.

i agree,at least 'some' of the general public will read it and be slightly better informed.
