I saw this woman once, she had about 5 or 6 dogs and each one had a flashing collar. So when she let the dogs off in the fields all you could see were these flashing lights whizzing about
Must be really helpful when you need to let your dogs offlead. Or even onlead, so people walking toward you can see them

I've tried all sorts of lights/illuminated collars etc but these are by far the best
