Winston

Hi. I have not been on the forum for sometime, but a birthday reminder reminded me. Sadly we lost Winston between Christmas and new year after 18 yrs and 1 month. He was with us from puppy stage. We still miss him very much but at least having Barney, an 8 yr old Lhasa that we took on 4 yrs ago, helps ease that pain. The children grew up with Winston and he was one of those dogs you just felt you could trust with anyone, anywhere. He experinced a lot with us, great holidays around the country and on Narrowboats. What a gorgeous tribute to Winston - it brought a tear to my eye as I lost my doggie when she was 18 years & 3 months, & even though it's just over two years ago, the pain is still raw .
I'm so glad I have Bailiie to keep me busy.... , just as you have Barney.
