Windy Wet Wednesday 29th September 2023

Windy Wet Wednesday 20th September 2023

Morning all. Yep a wet and windy day is in store for all I think. Hope you don't get any damage to property or gardens. Seems like the summer is well and truly over unless we get a good October, which has been known. Have a good day all. OOPS sorry can't change it. Today is the 20th September.

Looks as if Brenda1 has travelled through a time tunnel and jumped into the future quote " Windy Wet Wednesday 29th September 2023" unquote.

for the rest of us poor mortals it is still the 20 Sept 2023

Oh sorry Barry that is strange. Maybe it was because of thinking of the 29th as that is my daughters birthday. And the 29th isn't even a Wednesday it is a Friday. Never mind we are allowed one mistake in life.lol!! The word for today is:Pugree

Morning all
My new parka is coming today..... should cost £250 but got it for £65, I hope it fits!! I have had my other parka for about 7 years and it's letting water through the seams now so has to go! Gutted as I love it but hopefully this one will last as well.
Vet called yesterday, we have a plan for Kota and I am doing the right things with her..... I feel very lucky having a good vet and one I can call my friend too. I was in hysterics as he has a pup, a daschund and apparently she is the devil lol, absolutely wrecking his house and eating stuff she shouldn't lol....he said he is embarrassed as everyone expects him to have a well behaved dog, I just said in about 5 years he will get up and she will be calm....he doesn't think the house will last 5 years lol... bless him, nice he can take them to work though, being the boss nobody can complain

Appointment at the bank this afternoon to yet again try to set up a couple of accounts for Gary. Wish me luck

I got it for £65 because the lining in the pocket had a hole......tbf, most of it was split but I have just sewn it up, it is amazing, more importantly, it fits me!! It's raining so I will put a thin top on and wear it out
Good luck with the bank Chris.... hopefully you actually get the account set up today

Good afternoon everyone

I like the jacket Kelly

Good luck at the bank Chris

Yep wet and very windy here but it stopped early enough to get Teazle out and me to the dentist without getting wet. Hopefully will stay dry for the school run this afternoon.

Take care everyone

Good afternoon everyone.
Monday was a Freya day, yesterday not sure where the time went and today just stopped.
Not done much housework wise but we have moved the wardrobe from our bedroom back to the spare room, something we swore we would never move again after doing the flooring a few months ago.

It's very windy here and there is some rain today, Brewster is not a fan of the wind.

Like the jacket griff.
I hope it all went well at the bank Chris.
Sue I hope the school run wasn't wet.

Have a good afternoon everybody.
