I have all the collars and leads from every dog I've owned. I too reuse the leads, but collars are just so personal and precious. I don't think I'll ever part with them.......

I have kept Brambles collar because she was so special to me. I still think of her even though l have a new "baby" my puppy Willow. Mosie

Ive kept my JR's puppy collar and lead -they are so precious. Its nice to have them bring back special memories isn't it ?

I've kept Jamie's first collar and lead set, cos it was so lovely and also I said it was for the next pup... but I keep it just to remember how small he was and will get a new one for next puppy.. I always regret giving away our last dogs collar. I agree that they are so personal to the dog who wears them, just like human necklaces I think

I have a little wooden 3 drawer cabinet which stands on my desk, and in there I have Simba's collar and name tag, harness and lead. I often open the drawer and have a tear Love and miss him x
