Pic of blue

I have a huge request if any of you very talented people could help i would be really grateful. A friend of my husbands really wants to do a pastel drawing of Blue and i would like the above pic using but Blue being Blue his eyes we're running with the wind. If 1 of you could possibly remove the gubber from under his eyes then i can get the pic sent off to her.

If this is in the wrong place can someone please move it to the right place please. Sorry for waffling on.
