The only other thing I can think of is a cat scarer, they sell them in doorstep catalogues and the like, they have shiny reflective eyes that are supposed to frighten cats away from your property.

An old trick is to use water filled plastic bottles in your border, but I always thought it looks untidy and the scarer is better and prettier!:smt002

I can second the suggestion for orange/lemon/citrus fruit peelings. They really work. They keep my cats from peeing in my potted plants.

I think I have heard that the curry plant is a cat deterrant, although I have no personal experience sorry.
