If our dogs were our teachers - what would we learn?

If our dogs were our teachers - what would we learn?

- Always run to greet loved ones when they come home
- Never pass the opportunity to go for a joy ride
- Recognize the ecstasy of fresh air and wind in your face
- Take naps
- Stretch before rising
- Run, romp, and play daily
- Thrive on attention, and let people touch you
- Avoid biting when a simple growl will do
- On warm days, lie on your back in the grass; on hot days, drink lots of water and find the shade
- When you are happy, dance around and wag your entire body
- Enjoy long walks
- Be loyal
- Never pretend to be something you are not
- If what you want is buried, dig deep until you find it
- When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by, and nuzzle them gently

Maybe you have something to add to the list?

Mine would teach me to be more tolerant! They also could go along way to teaching people to have no predjudice against anyone. Dogs are amazing. They are the best things in the world

not sure everything mine could teach would Be so positive

If someone is smaller than you but acts like they're bigger beat them down till they know their place.

If at first you dont succeed nag howl and throw a tantrum until someone else does it for you.

The most comfortable spot in any room is where someone else is lying.

Upon waking up stretch and let out a good loud fart then leave the room.

If you want some thing beg for it, if that doesn't work try to steal it.

The best place to dry yourself after a long and muddy walk is someone else's bed.

Some rabbits have short ears bushy tails and run up trees if you bark at them they may come down.

b) get very wet

c) make everywhere and everyone else very muddy and wet, then

d) pee on the sofa

From Etta I would have learnt that to get your own way you just have to make eyes and cuddle up and send out love vibes.

If that fails you throw yourself around and scream.

Thats life sorted!

Tilly would teach me...
1. How to fart and make it look like it was someone else.
2. How to get fed with just one pathetic look
3. How to leave the house with all my hair out of place
not just a strand.
4. How to be happy to be alive every single day!!
