For My Kids, Dogs And Me.

hi all,

not sure if this is in the right place but wasn't sure where to put it(sorry).

i've had a rough time of it all lately and to top it all off my grandmother has just died.
i really am beyond fed up at the moment. i have been pondering on an idea for about a month now but thought i'd run it past you (my friends and fellow dog lovers) and see what you can come up with.
all i ask is that you're honest in your replys.

i have come to hate living here, what i want is a house in the middle of nowhere so that we wont get any trouble from next door neighbours etc.

this is my plan...........

i want to buy a property with a kennel bussiness attached to it (have found several companys which do this).
i'm not saying that i'm loaded - i'm a single mum with 2 kids!!
i'm not saying that it will be easy to do, i should imagine that its hard work to run a kennel business.

but i want to just get away from everything thats happened and i want to be happy - for my kids and my dogs and me.

what do you think??

Weigh up the pros and cons and consider what you have to lose. Also what would happen if the business failed. Could you still hang onto the roof over your head, feed the family - basic stuff like that.
If you can cope with failure, then I say go for it.
Sorry to hear about your Grandmother honey - big hugs xox

What do the kids think? if they are happy to give it a go and you can sell your current home and have enough to give you a running start, then go for it gall, better to try than to be sat there when your old thinking what if,

I think it's a brilliant idea. As Vicki says, make sure you weigh up all the pros and cons first... It's something I've considered too so be interesting to see how it goes... either way good luck to ya

This time next year you could all be millionaires!

If you're currently miserable, you have to give it a go. I sincerely hope it's a roaring success xox

look at the good and bad of it all and the possible effects it can have on you and the kids.
if it is something that can be done without taking huge risks....go for it!

oh i was kind of expecting the - you're totally mad replys, but none yet!!

thanks guys, i just hate the rubbish that is attached to being a single mum. i'm working 2 jobs full time, i always put the kids first, then the dogs, then the cats and then me at the end of the line, which is how i see it to be. thats the right way of doing stuff.

i don't want to make loads of money - i don't think a kennel business will make me millions, i just want out of all this upset. i want something that i will have passion for, somewhere that the kids can really enjoy and just a new start really. but i want to do it without the ' oh well she gets benefits from the state etc - i get no benefits except child benefit. i don't even get maintenance for the kids from there dad for crying out loud!!
