Annoying or enjoyable?

Hi fellow pooch pamperers

When you hit on a dogs 'itchy spot' And their little legs go all shakey, it that enjoyable for them or not?

Not imperative that I know I just always wondered

Duncan has a lot as he is itchy a lot of the time, when we scratch him his head goes back and his little face goes completely dreamy as if it's the best feeling in the world.

My dog doesn't have one of those spots, but my mothers dog does. When you hit that spot, her leg flickers and she turns down to like gnaw at the spot and after a while jumps up and jets away. It's over stimulation for her and I don't think she likes it, I try not to do it.

Hmmmmm, sounds like its different strokes for different folks then.
