I've heard that saddle soap is meant to be good too but haven't used it. My leather suite gets filthy (it's yellow) & I now use my steam cleaner on it, it lifts the dirt out & doesn't damage the leather. I always use leather conditioner afterwards too. In between cleans I just use baby wipes.

I use leather wipes I get from the tack shope for saddlery on mine as they are better than the ones you buy for leather furniture and they remove all the dirt beautifully.
I also treat with a leather creme stuff I buy in Tesco.
I havn't tried saddle soap but I would have thought it would be fine its made to nourish the leather of tack so why not your suite leather.

Ohhhh, why haven't I thought of that? What a great idea!!!

My leather sofa is years old and black, I wonder if that would bring it up nicely?

i sell a really lovely Luxury Leather Cream on my website. It contains beeswax and essential oils, lasts for ages and smells lovely. It's £7.99 for 175ml. You can use it on all leather goods including saddlery and handbags as well as sofas!
