Wild, wild West?

Our local paper carries a section dedicated to the goings-on in the Sheriff Court (the doings of the local naughty boys, etc.).

This week, I was aghast to see an item about one of my neighbours - he has been accused of cownapping (cattle-rustling, if you prefer), and now I have visions of him stalking down the road with a sixgun, looking for the Sheriff (who doesn't wear a tin star).

"Gunfight at the Town Hall corral"??
