Peggie says thank you for all the healing thoughts.

Peggie is in the vets* the surgeon admitted her and gave her a kiss and cuddle, she has also gone from 14.7kg to 15.4kg, some is muscle as her back legs now have muscle on.
*
I asked how to deal with her if the cancer has spread, he said that if a dog is fit and well to help them stay that way for as long as possible.

It is thanks to Homeless Hounds that Peggie has this chance, they are a small rescue who get dogs out of pounds and into rescues. They spend every weekend raising money for these dogs as transporting them all over the country is expensive but they didn't hesitate when they knew that Peggie needed all this work which will cost them about £1200.

Peggie sunbathing.

Hi I will light a candle, but try some homeopathy like evening primrose, there is a company called Dorwest Herbs, they are great in giving advice about how much to give etc,I have been using stuff to go in the water and it seems to be calming both dogs down,Fay isnt pacing as much, but also have set up and Agility Tunnel, she was a little scared of it but now, bring it on.Its worth while to try Gemini54

Peggie came through the operation well but it was a long one so they have kept her in to control any pain she may have and to monitor her as she is not a young dog. They have a vet on all night as well as a nurse or more depending on how may animals are in. I will be phoning later to see how she is.

Thank you for all your healing thoughts, I am sure they have really helped her.
