Claire, well he's your man dog now and I'm sure he's grown to love you, so why shouldn't you change his name

I like 'Bear' and I also like 'Baloo' and with all the t.l.c. he's been getting he does look like a bear now.

Just let us know via this thread (Or a new one) what you decide on so we can refer to him correctly in future, and of course more pics would be nice

We never had any problems changing Cain's name. Just pair it together with the new name first apparently so CainHarry or BearRazzle for a while then you drop the second bit. I think it's quite nice to change a rescue dogs name, fresh start, no negative attachments to the previous name. And he is rather Bear like
