I've not been to Fratton Park but I'd say Everton is about the best atmosphere.

I used to go to a few games at Everton in the 80's and it didn't even come close to Old Trafford. For some reason Goodison Park has kept its atmosphere whilst other grounds have become quieter.

Aren't Portsmouth building a new stadium ?
