Daily Natter s2nd April 2019

Morning all. Thanks Chris but bt said that as I could access my emails via their website they couldn't do anything. Anyway they did start working later that evening. Funny that after contacting them. So not to worry. Just annoying. Fortunately I do have another seperate email address if people want to get hold of me as I still do some dog behaviour work over the air waves. bg!! Dull this morning and they give rain so I must go for a wander before it does. I have lost that elusive pound at last so another 13 to go. Have a good day all.

I am supposed to be going to Steve's later to sort his hair and he said I could walk Molly!!! Just need to try and find him to get a key

I am now not walking Molly, I have told Steve next time he asks me to, make sure he actually wants me to do it as I don't live alone I have to sort stuff out with other people...I said it makes me look stupid when I sort everything and then I end up not going....he said he will be home at about 3.45 so I could still go up....I said no but I am going up to surprise him

Nearly forgot...I have mended the shower, all on my own! I have even reset the dials and fixed the shower head, when dad installed it the dials pointed to the wrong temps and I could never figure out what temp it was going to be and the shower head kept leaking at the hose so replaced the washer...chuffed with myself

The end of my thumb is numb. Yesterday, coming out of the bathroom I noticed Rosies tail was too close to the bathroom door and would have trapped had I closed it. Don't ask me how I managed it, but by trying to avoid her, I crushed my thumb in the door. Boy did it hurt. I think it's going to be a few days before feeling comes back and the pain stops.

I'm left-handed and it's my left thumb. It's interesting how much more difficult it is when picking things up etc when you can't feel what you are doing

Ouch get some arnica to rub in and some arnica tablets to take. Brings out the bruising quicker.

Ooh Chris, I don't envy you that, It sounds as far as it hurts you poor thing.

I have a numb toe from an operation three years ago and now the numb thumb. I reckon I'm closing town a bit at a time
