Has anyone been to Croatia??

Was just wondering if anyone on here has ever been to Croatia?

If so did you like it?
What was good/bad about it?

Hi Megan,
I was in Croatia many years ago when it was still part of Yugoslalvia. It was very beautiful - wonderful scenery. Truly worth seeing. Of course that was before the war - don't know how things are more recently.

Me too in 1987, beautiful place. Porec, Novigrad was the area we stayed in. Have been looking at visiting myslf again.

Planning on doing a wee trip to some places in Europe with a friend, and thinking of including Croatia... well I am, We're making a list each of the places we want to go and then we will decide which places we are actually going to go to.
Which is why I was asking.

Have done a few searches for pics etc. It looks so nice.

Will try and talk my friend into going there
