Blinking Royal Mail - wreck pedigree

Well I'm miffed really angry in fact so angry I am going round the mail office. As you all know we have a SBT pup called Tess well sent off for her paperworkchange to me from the KC back comes the enhanced 5 gen pedigree big envelope A3 says do not bend the post man bends it :smt021 well I complain they pay and I get another sent they BEND this one too :smt021 back I go and complain, after a little while they admit responsibility and pay for another one.
Well this one comes this morning I am in the house the dog barks, postman I carry on ironing in the back bedroom, phone rings I answer it. Then go down stairs - what do I see.

MY 5 gen pedigree again bent to hell :smt021 but this time ripped down the middle obviously so he could get it in the letter box the rip being at the centre of the bend. :smt017

My question do they employ idiot intentionaly or do they just do it to wind me up :smt018
I am off round there again noW. This time though barely ableto keep my temper. No t one has been readable and I open them in front of the royal mail offfice manager

Karen signing in green because I am absolutely livid .

Yes it did all three enveloped have DO NOT BEND in large letter it's standard with KC isn't it and in a cardborad backing too so it's nigh on impossible to bend - except for my postman

Right happiness sort of.

KC are sending a new one free of charge and claiming money from Post Office and as a "goodwill gesture" post office are sending me a cheque for £25.00 for inconveinence. So not to bad all round and an apology from the post office.

Karen
