A dog, a cat and a metal gate - guess which one won.

When me and the OH went to our newly gas fitted house (Yay toastie and warm now) late last night, I found a cat at the door but had already let Louie out, I shooed the cat away but Louie smelled it and followed it under the metal gate that leads to next doors garden. He managed to squeeze under it. I'm frantically trying to get the door open to put our chips from the chippy down on the stairs then retrieve the naughty puppy, when Adie let Benjie out of the car...so fumbling with the keys I'm shouting "Adie grab Benjie theres a cat!!" during which Benjie had bolted from the car and the next thing I heard was a huge yelp - he'd forgot about the gate! So here is his injury - maybe he'll think twice before chasing a cat (btw we got Louie back ok, he was like what, why are you shouting me)

Cleaned it up with some warm water and TCP and he should be fine in the next couple of days.

Oops - all to familiar in our house.

Dogs 'investigate' with their faces - something Cats take great delight in.
