My first job was working for The Post Office, which also included Telecoms then.....admin job, I loved it! Was there for only 3yrs, left to have baby.

When at high school I work in a DIY store Sat and Sun...for paid £24 for a weekend that was in 1984...it was loads a money...

Then I worked in riding stables for 2 years crap money fab job........the went on to nursing training.....now am sitting exams to become accountant.....what a change!

I was bought up moving around farms - still do but have p/t job in a kitchen, but I want another as I dont like it.

first job while i was still at school was on a fruit & veg stall in the market on a saturday, first 'real' job was in a factory packing bubble baths, creams,aerosols etc for M&S, worked there for a year before working for Canac Pet Products (this was for the 2 years while i was waiting to join the RAF )

Hm... first job was when I still lived at home with my parents. I had to clean the bathrooms and got payed for it

First job outside my home was flipping burgers and making hot dogs when I was about 14.

First job went I left home was working at a riding school. Teaching, taking care of the horses and arrange tourist rides.. Fun but hard work.

I went straight into hairdressing , did it for a year n hated it, then went to do A levels n got pregnant so postponed all my career plans till lucy was 4 then i went back to uni, did my degree and teacher training, and look where its got me!!pmsl
