Well I went to WW and put 2lbs ON thats because I went to a friends over the weekend, and she is a great cook and I forgot to tell her I was dieting, it was only polite to eat EVERYTHING she offered back on the wagon now, my daughter lost 2 1/2 lbs and been on the razzle all weekend

Best diet I ever had was food poisioning. Lost over a stone in a week, it was about 9 years ago now the more I think of it the more I think the pain of that 1 week was worth loosing all that weight lol.

I lost half a stone with the glandular thingy i had a few weeks back! Not a nice way to loose weight but hey!
