Holidays in Wester Ross ( Stafford PIC HEAVY)

We are back from a glorious holiday in Wester Ross.

Wonderful cottage, weather was ok most of time, beaches beautiful and we all had a fabulous time !!

You know it's not that far to EASTER Ross where I live, could have come to visit me and Dougal!

Looks like you had a fantastic time, it's a gorgeous part of the world and you got cracking weather.

I know, last time 5 years ago we stayed at Ullapool and we ended up doing the whole of the Easter Ross and Sutherland too. But with luca this time it just wasnt as easy to go so far in the car without his " Are we there yet?" so we decided to stick to exploring closer to the cottage.
the weather was very kind - one really wet day but other than that great !!!
Next time !!!

Thanks, it was a wonderful cottage and one we will definetly return to, really wonderful beaches all round !!!

Gruinard Bay was where Fingal very nearly met his end in an October storm !
