If it was me I would do it in a foil parcel in the oven to keep all the moisture in.I'm sure if you google you will get loads of options!

My mouth is watering! Enjoy.

As fudgeley said! I would mix some fresh chopped herbs into some butter then stuff the bass with the butter mix along with some lemon slices and wrap in foil and bake. Delicious.

Would then serve with new potatoes and asparagus!

I'm hungry now!

I chop up spring onions, and grate ginger, and stuff and sprinkle over the top, then I wrap it in foil with soy sauce in it!! Yummy!!

Esmed's ideas with fish are spot on, and I speak from experience.

I'm off to the local fish market tomorrow for some silver hake and my mouth's already watering. Enjoy!!

Thank you for the kind comments

Seafood is by far my favourite, i'd eat it every day if i could!!

I long to live closer to the sea where fresh fish is more readily available!

Same as the above.. wrap in foil, cover with herbs/garlic and allow to steam away..

Lovely ....

Another one for Salmon for anyone who likes fish.

Place in foil parcel, add some tomatoes (on the vine) some Asparagus... sprinkle a little Cajun powder over ... add a drop of water ..and allow to steam away on the oven for 20 Min's or so

Ooooh couldn't add garlic and all those spices/herbs to fish. It would totally spoil the delicate flavour of the fish.
It just needs to be in a foil parcel with a knob or two of butter and a little salt and pepper, maybe a slice of lemon.
Still each to their own I guess

Yip no arguments here steam with butter herbs a little lemon juice and a little white wine in a foil parcel in the oven.

Jackbox I am liking the sound of the Salmon and we eat loads dad goes fishing nearly every weekend (in season) and we get the odd wild salmon or two ) am definitely going to try the cajun spices.

I think most mean one or the other.. not all at once
