I'm the same with the combats, although, to be fair, my "before" photos are enough for me!

My weekend has been terrible though ;o(

Fish and chips on Friday, lots of Cava/wine and I've just made a home made seafood paella with Pa Am Tomaquet for dinner tonight ;o(

I am crap!

I've tried sooo hard to be good today, but I succumbed and had a bit of Christmas cake with icing and marzipan!
I'm now tucking into some Jacob's Cheddars, but at 20 calories each, they're MUCH better than the chocolate biscuits I was eyeing up earlier!

So far so good. Just two cups of tea, decaf at that! If I carry on like this I'm well on the road to, well, to near death no doubt!

Time to open the biscuit jar ;o)

I have had a bowl of Special K (weighed out to see what 30g actually looks like!) with skimmed milk and a cup of tea

Lunch will be chicken and veg broth and a bread roll and tea is a sausage casserole and jacket potato (low fat sausages )

I have lost the weight I put on over Christmas now, but I would probably have lost more had I not had half a sticky toffee pudding and ice cream last night
