replacement tumble dryer

well since 2003 up to 2006 i have had my hoover condenser dryer mended 18 times yes 18 time and time again they have been out replaced parts and it still dosent work well enough was enough i collected all the dates times when they called sent a stinking letter threatning them saying its not on well today i finally recieved the letter that i have been waiting for they are replacing my dryer with a new updated one and about time to its been broke since 18th september also they sent me a cheque for £50 for compensation well worth the complaining but im so angry over the service that i have been given
