When I was at junior school a little boy who sat opposite me was absent from school for a few weeks. He was a scruffy little boy, not too bright and lived in quite a deprived area.
When he returned to school he told us that he'd been away because he'd been acting in a film........we of course didn't believe a word he said.

Years later I watched Officer and a Gentleman, my jaw dropped to the floor when I saw 'Titch' deliver a couple of lines in the film!
