And you're right (as always) about EH, his voice is not what it was, still think he had the right attitude to go there and try, pity his 'style' was so totally wrong for the event. As for wanting to win, I wonder if we really want to be part of it anymore

I think that like many other countries, we couldn't afford to win.

Mind you, there wasn't much chance of that anyway

I read today that Cliff Richard has already been approached to sing next year, and he has not said no......depends on the song apparently.

I have to confess that I loved Hump's song, but perhaps his rendition on the night was not quite the ticket. Most of the others seemed very samey, and the voting of course was a complete farce
