ditto me, i saw some in the 80's and 90's, and found them to be fascinating.
the intelligent antidote to all those celebrity 'life tracking' programmes, if you like

one of the kids turned out to be a nuclear scientist in america

i always wondered if they were going to carry these programmes on, so cant wait to watch 56up.

The saddest part of them all is that they seem to come around so quickly and it really makes you realise how quickly your own life is flying by

Only sad if you don't try to make the best of your own life Brierley. I don't think it's the NUMBER of years we live that is the most important thing. It's how we live and what we do in those years.
