Suzie - 2 year old female Patterdale
Suzie Patterdale DOB 2010 Gatwick
Homing requirements: Suzie needs a terrier savvy family whom can put work into her socialization so she has access to dogs and learns to settle. She is currently a bit of a screamer but happy once met and feeling safe. Follow her thread on the forum as a 'work in progress'. Needs a terrier proof garden; 6' panel fencing and no stepping stones.

Her Story: Suzie was found stray, and moved in with an inexperienced terrier foster family and she became or was unsettled around dogs outside. As quiet as a mouse travelling in a crate next to another dog but nerves/excitement when walking with them currently. Believed spayed by 2 vets, under going vax and now chipped.
Advert: Suzie is such a steady girl. She welcomes people and is very easy to handle and manage. She is housetrained and is fun to be with. She is unsettled meeting dogs outside and seems to want to get to them, rather than at them! She is beginning to settle and likes dogs so needs someone to put some time into this one issue to allow her to settle in her surroundings. Needs to be walking alongside some dogs for the novelty to become the norm. We suspect this was an issue which her previous owners shielded her from by not walking her.
Suzie is Patterdale through to her paws tips, yet has a brindle fleck through her wire haired, broken coat. She has a little terrier beard and 'duster' Pattie paws. Golden flecks in her coat are unusual and most attractive. She is probably about 2 years old and appears to have been cared for and spayed in the past. She presents as a loved dog and she is greatly loved with us! Most charming and generous hearted.
"Please note this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a permanent home is found".
