Mark (Dog walker) been mugged by two dogs

Hello,

Mark, the man who take Blackie out has been mugged this morning by two black newfoundland dogs.

They were both loose but muzzled, when Mark took Blackie to the area he usually goes to. These two big thugs came running over to Blackie but Mark stood in the way, well he ended up flying through the air, Blackie was then pinned by a wall but eventually got away. When Mark got himself pulled round he thought he had broken his arm, he couldn't move it but thankfully he was able to after a while. He is all cuts and grazes. He got up and looked around for Blackie, he is just sitting behind him. looking all worried.

They are both ok now but it was quite shock. I wouldn't care the bloke who owns them is the village baker, and he knows that one of them is a bit nasty at times, that's why he muzzles them both - good job he does!

Ian

Has Mark reported this guy?
They should not be loose if they are acting that way, even if they are muzzled!
I hope Mark and Blackie are ok!

He has gone to have a word with the bloke, he knows him wll, so will see what happens. He might end up with free bakery goods in repayment.

They are both fine, Blackie came back as though nothing had happened. And I tended to some of the scapes and that on Mark - good job I have a box of medical supplies here - gauzes and dressing etc.

neffies can be highly strung thats why we got leo's.
they are smaller than ours but could bowl some one pretty easy if they wanted to.
i hope they are both ok and you right if its got a dodgie nature it should be on the lead....ours haven't but they are kept on flexi in public because of a dog their size running to people.
