I think what's got to me is the fact that the dog is called Bruce!! We fostered an F1 wolf cross puppy for 9 weeks, and we named him Bruce after Bruce in Finding Nemo! Chickens and Cats Are Friends, Not Food!!

Could a third party apply to adopt this type of dog - is he a pug BTW? - stating that they want to rescue something that has "behavioural issues" - that they have no children, are very experienced in this field, etc. etc.?

No he's a Chihuahua, we thought a mix but not so sure looking at him now, his mum was handed in about to give birth. They did a cesar and he was huge but hasn't grown much at all tbh we had him from the day he was born.
