Leather sofas

Okay this is totally off track here but I am considering moving the sofa from the lounge into the conservatory and getting a leather sofa/suite for the lounge anyone any tips. Somehow cream does not seem a sensible option with my two. So though Mocca (brown) any suggestions??

How does leather stand up to dog paws I figure it has to be easier to keep clean than fabric but does it hold smells etc.

Never had leather so need all the help and advice I can get.

Much appreciated, Karen

I was really dubious till I got mine (black). Thought it might be cold/uncomfortable but it's not. Cats haven't managed to get their claws into it, so, at more than 5 years it looks good as new. Wipe down with a damp cloth is all it needs.

Brown is nice.

Ahhh almost forgot the cats but they don't scratch the furniture anyhow thanks for that. I will seriously look into a leather sofa in the sales maybe a purchase

We have leather. Its quite good. The dirt does show abit, but it is cream after all Dad got it into his head he wanted a creme leather sofe

But its lasted 2 years so fat, only 2 biggish ripped bits from Tamino. The 2 cats haven't marded it hardly at all.

And brown sounds lovely

Hi
I would certainly get a dark coloured one, as I have a cream one and it shows all the marks and scratches left by my dog when he sneaks on. They are much easier to keep clean than fabric ones.
