Christmas Dinner

What are you all having for your Christmas dinner?

We still can't decide what to have, even though we've only got a week to go!

We'll be having ours on Christmas Eve, we always do this, probably turkey or maybe beef. Christmas Day I do a massive buffet, so I can stay excited all day (if I can last that long!), pace myself with all my pressies and have a few glasses of vino (mixed with lemonade so it lasts a lot longer!)and I've got lots of friends popping in Christmas morning, plus I have mum to do, and quite honestly I could do without slaving away over a hot stove coz I do that day in day out.

I used to do the big cook Christmas Day, but I was always too excited to eat anything! I'm still a big kid inside ya know!

Our Christmas Turkey was slaughtered yesterday, and we're picking him up on Monday

We'll be de-boning him, having the crown on Christmas Day and then making curries etc with the rest.

We'll have a proper roast dinner (but no sprouts) on the big day, without Christmas Pudding though, as we hate it! We'll probably make some sort of chocolate dessert instead

I am also (hopefully) going to cure my own ham over Christmas, ready for New Year!
