Thanks Lel. I have contacted Bev Stafford rescue, and rung B'ham dogs home to let the know "we" at Stafford rescue will take him when his time there is up, but they are not willing to let him go to be rehomed without his 7 claiming days being up. But it seems they have possibly his owner going tomorrow. But they will be careful because they say once word spreads it is hard to "distinguish" between genuine and ungenuine owners especially of a 8 week old pedigree pup. But it does make you wonder how he got out doesn't it although accidents can happen Thanks for the heads up though.

Yep you will be glad to know the "B'ham branch of Stafford rescue is on the case. But we are up against the stupid burrocracy/jobsworths at B'ham dogs home.
But we will come out :smt021

Well if we have the chance we will have him out by the weekend but you have to experience dealing to B'ham dogs home :smt102
