Mo's in hospital :( (updated Sunday 28/11/2010 @ post 101)

I couldn't tell you yesterday I was so upset.
She went for her walk and when she went to get back in the car she slipped and fell.
I'm sure you have all been there she won't wait to be lifted, just charges ahead.
When she got home she was obviously unwell, I couldn't get an appt at the vets but I was so worried we put her back in the car and took her straight there.
We just got inside the door and Mo collapsed.
They rushed her straight in. They had her on oxygen and a heat pad.
Her temp was low, her blood sugar was low and her pupils were not reacting.
By 8pm there was litlle change.
This morning, she is stood up walking around her kennel and all her observations are back to normal.
Bloods have been taken and they are going to do x-rays.
The vet says she must have gone into complete shock and everything shut down.

Please loads of those famous vibes for Momo.

Remember her bad neck? We think she has injured that again.
I have settled down a bit this morning but I haven't eaten since yesterday lunch time, not that will hurt me!

I can't wait to bring her home! but I must be patient.

I forgot to say when hubby tried to lift her up she bit his hand quite badly. Again shock I think because I have never seen her open her mouth before

Oh no Jenny, you must be so worried, my beautiful girl they are amazing at holding themselves together for as long as they can trying not to let it show, lucky you didn't hesitate to get her to the vet. I almost cried when I read about last night's condition, I am so glad she is up and about a little bit, sending you the biggest hug and so many positive healing vibes for Mo mo baby.
Oh Jenny, you must be exhausted, please eat just a little bit, you have to keep your strength up for your girl, she will need you well for when she gets home.
You are in my thoughts and only wish I was closer...........
