Good afternoon Sat, 19/09/20

I couldn't see a morning thread today when I popped on so thought I would pop this up.

Nice sunny breezy day here again today. This morning we found a gem of a walk 20 mins drive away. 20 year old woodland trust twalk.
Not a big space just enough for Dillon to enjoy.
Yesterday boiler was serviced for the year and then gorden and I popped out for a wander round Ely and down by the river.

Is it your viewing today brenda ?

Hope everyone and all four legged friends are well today.

Good Afternoon Lynn and all to follow.

Yes I just logged in and thought oh will start one then you did. LOL Hope everyone is good.

Lynn your walk sounds lovely surprising what is under our noses. Your day sounds good all round hope its as good today.

Its breezy and now nice here too got home from work and popped the bedding in the machine just about to hang it out before taking Gert out.
Had a terrible headache this morning no reason why I rarely have headaches although I do suffer from a little known headache syndrome called cluster headaches which are terrible but hey ho.

Also I rarely dream(or rarely recall them) but in the last couple of months am dreaming loads any clues as to why anyone not scary or nightmares just dreams pretty random.

Hope everyone is good

Moyra Hope you have had a nice lie in.

Brenda Have a good viewing

Sue Enjoy your day sorting your lads house out hope you finish it today.

Chris Any more viewings planned?

Off to hang the washing out.

Good afternoon all.

Bright and breezy here. Lovely walking weather.

No more viewings that I know of, Kazz. It's overpriced, but as we're not in any hurry to sell, we'll just go along with the agents advice for a while anyway.

Flu jabs this morning. I always get a sore arm for a couple of days. Dave never does. Life is so unfair

I suspect it will sell in time as you say no rush so sit and wait. Bet its a total weight off your mind your lad liking the new place so much.

I don't know if it's the same where you are, but around here I've noticed all the estate agents are putting OIEO (Offers in excess of) after their prices.

That tells me that they have seen a big increase in buyers recently which will likely continue until the stamp duty holiday finishes.

So I agree with you, don't start droppping the price just yet. Just sit back and wait to see how many viewers you get

Not soppy at all brenda.
Our house was marketed at OIEO Harvey two years ago, seems the norm now and has been for the last 6 years or so. Wasn't the case when we moved from Harlow.
