New boyfriend (Lab & Kl. Münsterlænder)

Lovely day. Sunny and warm, so I thought I would dare take Ally to train in water.

I asked one my neighbours if he would join as he has a Kleine Münsterlænder allmost Ally´s age.
He would love to and we drove to the nearest lake. A very quiet place and where the water is down to 35 metres. The perfect place for doggies.

Here´s the place we went to:


And here´s that lovely Kleine Münsterlænder who soon became Ally´s new boyfriend:


And this is of course Ally (who never will do in a showring, but will stand if its for the football you hold in front of her ):


After a few try´s on low water, we went up hill and got ready to train.
The dogs were excited and very much alert to what we did:


And here we go:












After a good training session we let the two sweethearts play a bit.
They pretty much just ran back in the water and took turns swimming after eachother

We had a lovely day together. The dogs behaved well and got along together and the weather was

I love the pictures it looks lovely where you are my Barney would absolutley love that water - as soon as he sees any water he is right in there - and hes very good at retrieving in the water - I cannot take any credit for training him to do that though its all natural for him - I think he is a retrieving breed of dog trapped in a Border Collie body

J: Ally isnt really that big. She´s about 50 cm = 19,69 inches and weighs 22-23 kg.
Standard says 54-56 cm for bitches and all we have ever worked or trained with have been smaller
But it can be hard to see in pics I know.

He actually didnt like her at first, but Ally dont get that and soon he had to surrender

Wow really??? Luna is 55-56 cm (about 22 inches) at the shoulders and weighs 25-26 kg (55-57 lbs), so she must be bigger

Hmm Ally looks so big. Well there's nothing else to do, than pack a bag and a tent, and take a trip over to say hi and see for myself
