Batten down the hatches folks

We're in for a rough weekend, especially southern England.

Eighty MPH winds are forecast and Scotland expects blizzards.

I love the snow on weekends but not through the week as I hate driving in it.It's not the first time i have been snowed in because I can't get the car out.Roll on our 4x4 arriving in the spring, will be easier next winter.
Just guess it will mean either sledging or spending a mass amount of time on here Suppose I could also do a bit of on-line shopping too, although the OH will no doubt be leaning over me as I do it so maybe thats a bad idea xxxx

Just checked Metcheck. Doesn't look like we're getting any snow here.
