Dogs and Kittens living happily together...

For those who are struggling to get their cats and dogs to be friends here is some hope for you all.......

(Left to right) Murphy, Guinness, Vienna, Cairo.
This is after about 6 weeks of the kittens arriving.

'Mummy' Vienna and 'Daddy' Murf breaking up a kitten fight really they just stick their heads inbetween the kittens lol probably to see what they are up to!

Murphy wondering if he is going to have to share the big dog bed....

Dont worry he didtn have to share it for long!

So keep trying and evenutally im sure you will find your dogs accepting your cats x

Thank you everyone
It was difficult at first because Murphy was obsessed with them (and i dont mean in a good way!) and the cats hissed a lot at him. Vienna was pretty good with them from the start but we ahd to make sure she knew she couldnt play with them like she does with other doggy friends. So Murf and the kittens had to be seperated for some time but eventually he just accepted them being there and we would hold the kittens while he sniffed them and stuff. They were used to him by then anyway so there werent hissing or spitting then and it just improved fantastically from there! x

Lovely pics, mine love each other too except when one of the cats having a bit of a zoomy as they do and Maddy tires to join in!

She's not the sharpest tool.

They always seem to be washing each other though, I think the girls think the cats are their puppies, they have known them all from kittens and 2 of them from birth.
