Sounds like it was anti emetic to stop the vomiting. If no diarrhoea present not so likely to become dehydrated.

You are bound to fear the worst if you've had similar problems in the past but there are so many things it could turn out to be that obviously your return to the vet is the best course. To be honest I'd be wanting to take her back there even if she isn't sick again during the night or in the morning.

All my probs seem to hit from late Sat night when it's hardest to get to a vet or doctor.

Sorry to hear that your girl is still being sick despite the injections - hope they take effect soon and she feels much much better.
Its such a worry when they are unwell - hope you get to the bottom of it as soon as possible.
