Sure can, I'm introducing new flavours slowly. I can see myself eventually using meat chunks more than mince.

I think the diet you're giving is pretty diverse and balanced. I also prefer to give large chunks, especially since my dogs are on the bigger side of the scale. It makes the dog chew better and sometimes it even looks like it's therapeutic to them while chewing on a large bone-in meal. My guys will be laying on the porch with a meaty pork neck and their eyes are half closed and calm, like they're in heaven.

You are doing a great job.

Sounds like you are making a very good start to me
Bob has lots of different proteins..... Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Pork, Turkey, Pheasant, venison, Rabbit, Hare, Duck, Game,
maybe you need to start to add some more bone, you can get ribs from most supermarkets, lamb or Pork. be careful with liver. Liver is high in Vitamin A and dogs can overdose on Vitamin A i only feed 2% of the total meal liver and only once a week, i also feed veg and fruit
