Someone once told me that tea actually has the same amount of caffine in it as coffee....not sure if it's true though?

I drink de-caf tea cos caffine doesnt agree with me!
I hate coffee!

Ain't that the truth!

Personally, I like both. I have a very large very strong coffee first thing, then I drink tea at work. In the evening I have a small but strong coffee.

I also love jasmine tea and the occasional fruit tea.

I drink coffee... lots and lots of coffee. I drink coffee when I wake up, on the way to work, after every break, after work, after meals, if I'm cold, or if I'm hot. On weekends there's always coffee on the go.

and if you cant stand a horse shoe up in it, it's not coffee!

I dont even own any tea, though I'll often drink some at my Mom's.

and Decaf has never passed my lips. what's the point if there's no caffeen?

I'm to the point that I get severe headaches when I dont get enough caffeen...

I think I'm addicted! (whateve at leastit's not drugs or alcohol!)

Well caffinated drinks are very rare for me as I have kidney problems.

Caffinated tea and coffee give me bad pains, although coffee produces worse pain more often than not.

I had always been a coffee addict, since kidney troubles I now almost always have de-caf tea. Although on the odd occasion OH will save me a few sips of whats left of his coffee (caffinated) if it is cold so I can still get my coffee fix lol
