'Watch' Dogs ??

Does anybody else's dogs get confused by the clocks changing ?

Every evening at 6:00pm Skye begins to pace in anticipation and if not fed will eventually give polite barks for his dinner.

He's been at it since 5:00pm tonight

All three dogs have been like that here....worse so have the 5 cats.

It's really annoying isn't it.

Last night they made me feels SOoooooooooooo guilty that I waited that extra hour........8 faces all staring at me for a full hour

Dani (brundog) had just put up a very similar thread.

Mine have really surprised me this year in that they seem to have slotted in to the 'new' time really quickly...not sure quite why as usually it takes them about a week.

My gal had an alarm clock in her tummy and it always took her awhile to adjust.

No, my two are utterly clueless, there is a reason they're nick named Dumb and Dumber!

The cat used to be a good time keeper though, used to drive me nuts for about a week!

We have just changed to daylight savings time here and my dogs act funny for a while, but I think they are don't have watches and know the silly things us humans do. Still haven't figured out why we do it, I have been told its for the farmers but my thought is it does not change the amount of time the sun is up for so why change the time (oh dear I think I have turned into a numpty)

I vary my 2's feeding times alot, and also the time I get up, and the time they go for a walk, so i dont have a problem with time changes (ours isn't changing until Sunday) My other 2 that my Mom stole (ha ha) are on a clock, and Zoe especially is a PIA for a few days (that dog IS a clock, she is dead on to the min for breckie, supper and time to get up!!) Scout just mostly follows Zoe's lead
