Thanks for clarification border pop, thought that might be the case

Just the fact the person took in a 'rescue' a dog, even if it was a rehome like you say it probably was, you would think something might click in their brains and they might realise there's too much bad random breeding going on, too many dogs and not enough homes, yet they add to the numbers! *bangs head against wall*.

I think quite a lot of rescues don't neuter, or like said they just put a loose condition on the rehome that the dog must be neutered, and lets face it you can't really trust people these days to go ahead and get it done.

What breed is it BP?
